The Grand Monarch offers 24 exclusive apartment units, meticulously designed to cater to a wide range of needs. The units include: Some of the above units can also be configured with a Home Office, perfect for those working remotely.

Each unit is equipped with modern appliances, including black stainless steel French door refrigerator, oven and stove top, with overhead microwave, dishwasher, full-sized washer and dryer, and more! Monthly rent ranges from $2,200 to $3,000, based on unit size. This includes all utilities, water & sewer, trach/recycling, high-speed internet/Wi-Fi, stream TV, and full access to all the building amenities.
